Coastal Dreamin’.

“I felt very honoured, and slightly pressured to make sure I made the locals proud… and avoided year round harassment and possibly having to move town, or Country..”

Frank n Bean’s holds a special place in my heart, being my local cafe where I spend time every day, I felt very honoured, and slightly pressured to make sure I made the locals proud… and avoided year round harassment and possibly having to move town, or Country..

In a coastal cafe in the surf side town of East Corrimal, fresh coffee and gourmet cafe food is served as you are greeted with warmth, in a peaceful and welcoming environment.

The brief for this fit out was to create a soft and subtle mix of natural and human elements, with a touch of coastal sophistication. Using the blue natural shapes to flow through a mix of locally found coastal flora and fauna, portraiture done in a greyscale colour scheme, allowing the blue to pop off the wall like water.
